Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods
  • •Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function and conduct screens aligned to each search’s proof points
  • •Manage the interview process from intake through close, including calibrating with hiring managers, facilitating debriefs, and driving offers to signature
  • •Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and clearance/timeline assumptions
  • •Maintain candidate experience and data integrity in the ATS/CRM, and identify improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and interview practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • •Direct experience recruiting within business development, capture, proposals, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions (ideally defense, aerospace, or national security)
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas while maintaining quality and candidate experience
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers across levels
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
