Job Summary

Provide L3 managed services support by proactively identifying and resolving complex cross-technology incidents. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational using monitoring and alerting tools, and maintain zero SLA misses. Manage high-complexity tickets, log and escalate with detailed analysis, drive optimization and automation opportunities, and create knowledge articles while mentoring L2 and junior team members across cloud, security, networking, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents to ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational.
•Conduct checks, apply monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and resolve issues before they become problems.
•Manage high-complexity tickets; log incidents with required detail, analyze, assign, and escalate support calls.
•Drive pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements including optimization and automation.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and mentor junior and L2 teams on advanced troubleshooting; support disaster recovery and project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups, including working well under pressure.
