Key Responsibilities

•Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft recruiting strategies.
•Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding.
•Proactively manage requisition timelines, stakeholder expectations, and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals.
•Build diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
•Use recruiting metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve hiring processes, while ensuring compliant, well-documented recruiting.
•Lead and contribute to projects that elevate talent acquisition practices, including employer branding and process innovation.
•Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in hiring.
•Deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned with Yum!’s values.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,200 - 105,030 annually

•6+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global organization.
•Proven ability to consultatively influence and build trust with leaders at all levels.
•Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and direct outreach.
•Comfort using recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS, with a data-driven approach.
•Ability to manage high-volume requisitions end to end with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
