Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily on-site inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, DHW, pool & fountain, sprinkler, LPG, and kitchen equipment) while following checklists
  • •Assist with monitoring, testing, and treating water in on-site pools and other water features to ensure health and safety standards
  • •Monitor utility consumption (water, heating and cooling, and LPG), reporting deviations immediately
  • •Search for potential improvements to reduce consumption levels
  • •Report failures or breakages of mechanical systems, equipment, and devices immediately

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • •CPO certification is a plus
  • •Prior experience working in hospitality is preferred

  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
