Build and foster client relationships by proactively reaching out and advising customers in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, process transactions, open consumer and business accounts, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products, educate clients on digital and self-service tools, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals while delivering an excellent client experience through operational accuracy.
