Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery sessions with marketing, digital, IT, and product stakeholders to map business goals to MarTech-enabled CX outcomes.
  • •Build platform activation roadmaps covering use cases, dependencies, data flows, content requirements, and measurable KPIs.
  • •Provide MarTech platform expertise across Sitecore, Optimizely, and Contentstack, translating strategy into platform configurations, integrations, and implementation plans.
  • •Create frameworks for content orchestration, content operations, personalization approaches, and experimentation/testing methodologies.
  • •Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, contribute to new business pursuits (e.g., vision decks, RFP responses), and mentor/manage team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, MarTech consulting, CX/UX strategy, or marketing operations.
  • •Hands-on understanding of MarTech platforms such as CMS, CDP, DAM, marketing automation, and testing/optimization tools.
  • •Translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and platform activation plans.
  • •Define content architecture, governance models, and personalization programs.
  • •Comfort interpreting data and shaping measurable KPIs, with strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
