Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide escalation support, including contributing to service order actions and clarifying problem descriptions.
  • •Develop basic diagnostics requirements for specific use cases as part of new product/service development.
  • •Execute and partially lead new product/service rollouts as NPI deliverables, including creating knowledge sharing materials.
  • •Perform node solution definition and integration work through analysis, integration and test planning within a single competence/domain.
  • •Mentor new hires and deliver intermediate/advanced training; share best-known methods and support customer demo preparation, execution, and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc or PhD in a technical field (PhD a plus, not required).
  • •Limited experience in an IC manufacturing environment or a research institute focused on lithography and related technologies.
  • •Experience and knowledge in lithography/patterning/overlay/imaging/focus/metrology or defectivity related to node/process development.
  • •Ability to use knowledge base content to resolve known issues and demonstrate solution direction through own analysis.
  • •Capability to support sustaining, NPI, and customer projects within a sector or project team.
