Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SC&Q teams in China, including Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Transfer and Make to Buy Program, Supplier Audits and Cost of Goods (CoG) Program.
  • •Act as a staff member of SS&PS CQ, represent SC&Q teams in China to increase global collaboration and teamwork.
  • •Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and global collaboration by role modeling ASML’s core values of Challenge, Collaborate, and Care.
  • •Drive employee engagement, capability, talent and leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • •Translate global SS&P SC&Q and BL strategies into regional priorities, execution roadmaps, performance targets, dashboards and review rhythms

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in project management, sourcing, supply chain or manufacturing in global matrix organizations
  • •10+ years in leading (at least two of: project management, supply chain industrialization, supplier quality, and/or supplier account management)
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills at operational and executive levels; ability to translate global strategies into regional priorities
  • •Experience leading multi-site, multi-functional teams and delivering solid operations results
