Accountant (India)

Own core accounting and finance operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and employee expense tracking. Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, professional tax, and labour welfare obligations. Support direct and indirect tax calculations, maintain corporate statutory records and board resolutions, and liaise with government authorities for audits and assessments. Partner with HR and the international finance team to streamline payroll updates, onboarding/exits, and annual audit documentation.
