Key Responsibilities

•Direct client liaising as the primary interface, ensuring client objectives are met and driving business development/new commissions.
•Lead and mentor internal teams on technically complex cost management projects across £5m-£200m construction costs.
•Provide oversight, strategic guidance, and audit/review on a portfolio of projects.
•Develop collaborative client relationships and deepen understanding of client businesses to focus on value.
•Ensure projects are resourced, managed and completed on time with high client satisfaction and continued business.

•Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
