Branch Manager - Waterworks

Lead the daily operations of a Tucson, AZ waterworks branch in a hands-on leadership role. Supervise and train a team of six associates, manage inventory and customer service, and step in for shipping/receiving coverage as needed. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, oversee branch P&L with budgeting and capital planning, and use data to drive performance while building strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
