  • •Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities operations.
  • •Experience managing maintenance budgets, projects, and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.
  • •Solid understanding of health & safety legislation, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • •Experience managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes up to and including dismissal.
