Senior Staff Software Engineer, Autonomous Pilot Integration – Weapons (R5398)

Define the long-term technical direction for the Launched Effects autonomy portfolio, driving scalable architecture and integration patterns across current and future programs. Lead development and integration of mission autonomy, platform interfaces, executive autonomy, and multi-agent coordination, while resolving complex autonomy integration challenges. Partner across autonomy, perception, vendors, and C2 providers to deliver mission-ready capabilities end-to-end (SIL to live testing), including architecture reviews, mentoring, and flight-test support.
