  • •Analyzes knowledge management maturity results, KPIs and highlights challenges and areas of improvement
  • •Prepares & conduct knowledge management audit across all RTA agencies and sectors as per the plan
  • •Monitors the Research and Development initiatives and framework at RTA & raise recommendations
  • •Creates analytical reports that reflect the actual performance of all RTAs departments on executing the KM plan along with suggesting recommendations
  • •Develops and manages research management system to approve new processes and policies
