Act as the first point of contact for 2nd-level support in Supply Chain Management, ensuring data quality for material and supplier master data, processing material and GTIN requests, and managing regulatory documents in SAP. Collaborate on SAP-based processes, data classifications (eClass), and supplier/debtor master data maintenance to optimize SCM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact for 2nd-level support in Supply Chain Management and assist with tickets, invoice workflows, Coupa, and user/supplier management.
•Ensure quality and accuracy of material management master data (materials, suppliers, terms).
•Process material and GTIN requests in accordance with defined SOPs.
•Review, manage and store regulatory documents such as MDR certificates and declarations of conformity in SAP.
•Maintain article classifications (eClass) and risk classes and ensure correct mapping in SAP.
•Create and manage debtor and creditor master data and support continuous optimization of SCM processes.

Key Requirements

•Analytical, structured, with strong understanding of processes and interdependencies.
