Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute partner account plans to optimize performance, transformation, and capability development.
  • •Drive demand generation activities aligned to partner offerings and customer needs to create pipeline.
  • •Maximize partner business performance via partner programs/incentives and integrated planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring (e.g., QBRs).
  • •Orchestrate partner ecosystems to align with Cisco’s technology portfolio and enable innovation and market expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Own a trusted-advisor relationship with partners and demonstrate deep understanding of partner business models, strategy, and capabilities.
  • •Bachelors with 8+ years of related experience, or Masters with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
  • •Experience creating and launching new business through partners.
  • •Advanced experience in high-touch selling and/or business development.
  • •Ability to plan, forecast, and monitor partner performance using data-driven insights and profitability programs/methodologies.
