Lead and own the Refinery Department’s performance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Drive operational accountability across safety, quality, production, cost, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet production objectives. Champion SHE, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP compliance. Analyze performance data to optimize efficiency and reliability, and develop high-performing salaried and hourly teams through workforce and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Own overall Refinery Department performance across safety, quality, production, reliability, cost, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
•Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and provide coaching, development, and corrective actions as needed.
•Lead daily operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and troubleshoot processes to meet production and cost objectives.
•Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and food quality, ensuring adherence to SHE programs and regulatory requirements including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
•Analyze performance data to optimize processes and drive operational and capital improvement initiatives; identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,400 - 112,533.33 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with manufacturing experience, or 5+ years of experience in corn wet milling operations.
•Knowledge of refinery operations.
•Knowledge of Corn Wet Milling manufacturing processes, operations, and customer requirements.
•Ability to manage manufacturing operations effectively, including during emergencies and crisis events.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
