Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project team, consulting engineers, and contractors throughout the entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning process
  • •Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial projects
  • •Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out
  • •Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time
  • •Coordinate with the electrical utility provider on design and engineering to ensure reliable power service to critical site infrastructure

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 3+ years of experience working in the field on construction projects, or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree
  • •Significant experience with electrical and power distribution systems (<600V AC), including 480V down to 120V and DC systems
  • •Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles, including refrigeration, chillers, boilers, and air-handling equipment
  • •Experience with plumbing design and operation, including domestic water, wastewater, venting, and storm systems
  • •Experience with AutoCAD or Revit
