Key Responsibilities

  • •Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end, including diligence, valuation modeling, investment memos, and support on deal structuring.
  • •Own post-merger integration planning and execution, including defining the integration thesis and driving required workstreams.
  • •Maintain fundraising preparedness through diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting.
  • •Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities using market/competitive analysis, target segments, and execution roadmaps.
  • •Drive internal strategy communications and establish scalable processes to enhance corporate development capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development/strategic finance.

  • •Fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including where public data is limited or inconsistent.
