Lead proactive workforce planning and optimization for Starlink by forecasting and modeling demand volatility. Develop and refine forecasting models to detect fluctuations early, optimize utilization through short- and long-term planning levers, and protect service levels and customer experience. •Lead workforce planning strategies to anticipate and mitigate demand volatility using advanced forecasting and predictive analytics.
•Identify and activate short-term and long-term levers (e.g., overtime, flexible staffing, schedule adjustments; hiring, capacity expansion, process redesign) to optimize utilization.
•Develop and improve forecasting models to detect demand fluctuations early and enable data-driven decision-making.
•Protect and enhance customer experience by maintaining service levels and minimizing disruptions.

•Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics, or 5+ years of professional experience in workforce management or capacity planning.
•3+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or analytics.
•Experience in demand forecasting and predictive analytics (2+ years).
•Experience using advanced Excel and SQL (3+ years).
•Proficiency in Python and experience with statistical modeling, applied mathematics, or operations research (2+ years).
