Assist the legal team in drafting and supporting contract negotiation activities under the supervision of General Legal Counsel. Help review vendor agreements (NDA, amendments, MSA, and SOWs), provide supervised legal input on internal policies and processes, and perform regulatory research and compliance support. Coordinate with internal counsel across contracts, compliance, disputes, and IP-related matters while driving efficiency in contracting and legal workflows.
