Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor/procurement contracts, DPAs, professional services agreements, and statements of work).
  • •Independently manage contract negotiations, escalate novel or high-risk issues, and support internal stakeholders with contractual obligations and risk exposure.
  • •Review and negotiate partner, reseller, and subcontractor agreements; support Sales and the wider commercial team on enterprise deal execution.
  • •Provide legal input on RFP and bid responses and advise Sales and Customer Success on customer contractual queries and escalated enterprise issues.
  • •Act as a trusted legal partner across EMEA, including privacy/data protection support (GDPR, DPAs, data subject requests) and legal operations/process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor/procurement contracts, DPAs, professional services agreements, and statements of work).
  • •Ability to independently manage routine and mid-complexity contract negotiations and escalate novel or high-risk issues.
  • •Ability to advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, risk exposure, and non-standard commercial requests.
  • •Experience supporting privacy and data protection work, including GDPR-related enquiries and data processing agreements.
  • •Experience contributing to scalable legal processes, including contract management workflows and template/playbook maintenance.
