•Run operational workflows across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Export Operations, owning scalable compliance processes.
•Administer and manage the e2Open export compliance platform and related global trade workflows, including screening and sanctions checks.
•Maintain export classification, recordkeeping, and export documentation; support customer/partner/reseller onboarding with end-to-end export control and restricted-party diligence.
•Support global privacy operations by maintaining DPAs, SCCs, privacy notices, subprocessor documentation, and customer-facing privacy resources.
•Maintain compliance materials and coordinate delivery of compliance evidence (DDQs, RFPs/RFIs, vendor risk, SOC 2/ISO-style assessments) to support audits and enterprise diligence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, privacy, export compliance, contract management, and/or paralegal roles.
•Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
•Working familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs, SCCs, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
•Hands-on experience with e2Open (or similar) export compliance and denied-party screening platforms.
•Working knowledge of U.S. export controls and sanctions regulations, including EAR and OFAC, plus strong documentation and organizational skills.
