Key Responsibilities

  • •Own backlogs for designated technology products, manage story content and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely sign-off for future program increments.
  • •Capture and prioritize Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements across sprints.
  • •Add BAU, ceremony, and Spike activities to team backlogs within capacity.
  • •Contribute to PI demos and participate in PI Planning and key Product Management meetings.
  • •Define metrics to measure success and manage risk/dependencies back to the Product Portfolio backlog.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in Information Technology (Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or related).
  • •Global Product (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO) trained and certified.
  • •2+ years of practical experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity with delivery at pace.
  • •Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and knowledge of airline/air cargo domain is preferred.
