Key Responsibilities

  • •Use T3 technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; and diagnose issues using data across makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
