Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate material receipt, inspection, identification, storage, preservation, movement, and issuance, ensuring safe handling and correct procedures.
  • •Verify received packages/quantities and supporting documents against delivery records; assess material/packaging condition and report discrepancies.
  • •Maintain accurate records for receiving, inspection, storage, transfer, issuance, and inventory; ensure traceability and correct labeling/signage/bins.
  • •Coordinate daily warehouse activities including loading/unloading, put-away, picking/packing, staging/transportation, and conduct physical inventory counts with reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior high school diploma or completion of a Technical or Vocational program in warehousing, logistics, materials management, construction, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, construction, or a related environment.
  • •Working knowledge of material receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, inventory control, issuance, and warehouse documentation.
  • •Ability to read and complete delivery documents, inventory records, checklists, and operational reports.
  • •Proficiency in spreadsheets and materials management systems; training/certification and a valid equipment/vehicle license for regulated equipment/rigging activities.
