Key Responsibilities

  • •Own development of global indirect procurement strategy for categories including MRO, Capex & Facilities, services/marketing, IT, HR, T&E, and Fleet.
  • •Execute strategy through a customer-focused team to deliver cost reductions and year-over-year productivity improvements in TCO while maintaining quality and supplier service levels.
  • •Lead digital transformation of indirect procurement by implementing best-in-class tools/processes, optimizing Source-to-Pay, driving compliance, and expanding automation.
  • •Direct company-wide sourcing activities with senior leaders and portfolio managers to reduce total cost and improve quality, competitiveness, and supply base service levels.
  • •Manage suppliers as an escalation point, facilitate cross-functional cost-reduction plans, sponsor analytics/automation, and institutionalize best practices with coaching and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of leadership experience with direct and indirect procurement, plus a successful multi-year procurement track record with multinational organizations.
  • •Ability to build and lead procurement teams globally, with strong people leadership and management skills.
  • •Proven sourcing, supply management, and negotiation skills, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Lean manufacturing expertise (preferred).
  • •Experience driving procurement digitization and digital supply chain enablement, including Source-to-Pay optimization and compliance.
