Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with area management to develop and execute financial center-specific sales and strategies.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • •Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to achieve deposit and loan goals.
  • •Oversee daily operational activities and administration, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, security, and internal audits.
  • •Develop and maintain a consumer and commercial loan portfolio within prescribed limits, including preparing and reviewing account documentation and monitoring loan closing administration.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending responsibilities, with 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to develop customer relationships, cultivate referral sources, and open new accounts.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with commitment to operational integrity and policies.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
