Job Summary

Own the health and performance of TikTok Shop selling partners across defined categories by leveraging BPO and in-house resources. Lead the Selling Partner Growth (SPG) model to ensure seamless onboarding, coaching, and sustained account performance. Monitor operational risks, manage BPO team quality and compliance, drive process improvements, and resolve escalations to hit service levels and advance Account-Management OKR goals.

•Drive selling partner growth by ensuring frictionless onboarding, ramp-up, and sustained account health across assigned categories.
•Monitor partner operational health and performance, directing BPO resources to address risks that could block seller growth.
•Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted coaching and education that improves health, unblock revenue, and increase performance.
•Manage BPO operations, including quality and compliance, and coordinate training to address knowledge or process gaps.
•Identify and implement process improvements, resolve partner/account escalations within service levels, and address root causes to prevent repeat issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
•Experience creating and contributing to SOPs.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience, including familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
