Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the annual product design plan for the category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas to achieve business and category objectives.
  • •Lead the execution of innovative product design development to drive continuous design innovation and meet set goals with direction from the Teamhead/Creative Director.
  • •Independently integrate product and technical developments into product design.
  • •Ensure the quality of design content to strengthen brand position and generate consumer demand.
  • •Collect market intelligence on design trends and developments, launch design ideas aligned to product strategies, coach the design team, and deliver projects on the Puma development calendar (including travel to factories for prototype finalization and updating design information in data systems).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design and/or a relevant field of study.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience designing for one or more fashion/lifestyle/sports brands, ideally with Men’s and/or Women’s Apparel experience.
  • •Ability to alternate between Sport, fashion, Streetwear, and Kids projects with strong design versatility.
  • •Professional experience working in a team environment while functioning autonomously and cooperatively.
  • •Fluent in English and experienced with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (3D/AI is a plus).
