Key Responsibilities

  • •Raise purchase orders for raw materials, components, and shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time vendor payments.
  • •Coordinate shipments to and from Florence, working with couriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • •Partner with Trade Compliance to prepare and manage documentation required for import and export activity.
  • •Maintain packing lists, sample order trackers, and seasonal reports to support visibility across Design, Merchandising, and Product Development.
  • •Track product development and shipment budgets, monitor development activity, and provide updates and analysis to Finance and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain accurate purchase orders for raw materials, components, and shipments, ensuring timely vendor payments.
