Heavy Haul Operations Dispatcher

Coordinate the daily movement of heavy-haul freight, equipment, and drivers to ensure safe, efficient, on-time transportation. Serve as the communication hub across drivers, customers, maintenance providers, and operations leadership, optimizing fleet utilization and regulatory compliance. Dispatch assets based on customer requirements, monitor shipments end-to-end with proactive updates, manage permits and routing, track Hours of Service (HOS)/ELD compliance, and resolve operational disruptions while maintaining dispatch and shipment documentation.
