Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage bank exposures and CRisP limits, including regional limit allocations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • •Prepare quarterly cash flow statements for European legal entities and complete Capital Adequacy Cockpit reporting.
  • •Monitor and execute major FX transactions and prepare detailed monthly FX reports with analysis of results.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to mitigate residual FX risks and protect financial stability.
  • •Support capital-related governance by preparing for working group meetings and facilitating Board of Management approvals (BoM, GFRC, GMAC).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in financial services; asset management experience is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear management recommendations.
  • •Initial project management and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
