Senior Operations Manager

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and ensure production metrics consistently meet targets for output, cost, and quality. When the General Manager is offsite, manage facility performance, identify bottlenecks, run root-cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership and associates. Lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through process updates and training while developing Reconditioning Leads and Managers.
