Employment Counsel, LATAM

Provide proactive legal advice to TikTok’s HR and business teams on all aspects of LATAM employment law, with a focus on Brazil. Counsel stakeholders across the employee lifecycle (hiring through terminations), draft and revise employment legal documents and policies, guide workplace investigations, and support employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes. Collaborate globally to align regional and global employment needs, while integrating clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional partners.
