Key Responsibilities

  • •Support attorneys, paralegals, and deal teams on public finance transactions and related matters.
  • •Assemble, organize, and track transaction documents, closing checklists, transcripts, and related materials.
  • •Monitor deadlines and outstanding items and follow up with internal and external parties as needed.
  • •Assist with closing and post-closing processes, including maintaining organized transaction records.
  • •Assist with document review, compilation, and detailed tracking of large volumes of information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in project coordination, legal support, transactional practice support, finance, banking, or another professional services environment preferred.
  • •Experience supporting complex, document-intensive matters or transactions strongly preferred.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to build effective working relationships with attorneys, professional staff, clients, and outside parties.
  • •Sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently.
