•Deliver industrial advisory projects for measurable improvements in client performance outcomes.
•Independently manage medium-complexity projects from planning through delivery.
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve client operations.
•Develop data-driven insights and translate them into deliverable, actionable recommendations.
•Build and manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

•Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments.
•Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g. defence, aviation, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing).
•Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
•Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
•Degree, HND, or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
