Job Summary

Support and advise customers across Sephora’s departments (make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance) by sharing product knowledge, beauty trends, and new releases. Provide quick services in each department while ensuring strong product presentation aligned with visual merchandising standards. Help keep shelves fully stocked, prepare products for sale, and manage inventory on the sales floor and in storage. 60% role starting 1 August 2026 in Zurich Sihlcity.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively support and advise customers across all departments (make-up, skincare & haircare, fragrance).
•Share knowledge about products, beauty trends, and new releases.
•Provide short services across all departments.
•Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising guidelines.
•Maintain fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale, including storage/inventory replenishment.

Key Requirements

•Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy industry.
•First retail experience, including advising and interacting with customers.
•Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
•Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
•Fluent English skills or the country’s mother tongue.
