Job Summary

Support the Development Finance team within Private Markets by monitoring development finance assets and portfolios, tracking repayments and payment issues, maintaining asset/portfolio data for reporting and risk systems, and updating records for rate resets, interest curves, premiums, and tax entries. Help prepare cashflow forecasts and assist with funding and liquidity planning, monitor borrower covenant compliance, contribute to credit risk monitoring, KYC reviews, valuation data preparation, and ESG/regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Support ongoing asset monitoring by tracking principal repayments and interest receipts, and following up on payment delays or defaults.
•Maintain asset and portfolio data, trackers, and databases to ensure consistency across reporting, risk, and operational systems.
•Update portfolio records for rate resets, interest curves, premiums, and tax-related entries, and prepare cashflow forecasts for funding and liquidity planning.
•Monitor borrower compliance with covenants and reporting requirements and assist with quarterly tracking tools.
•Assist with credit risk monitoring and valuation processes, support KYC periodic reviews, and contribute to internal and external reporting including ESG and regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements

•Preferably pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
•Expected to achieve, or have achieved, a 2.1 degree classification (or equivalent).
•Minimum 128 UCAS points, 32 International Baccalaureate points, 75% in the European Baccalaureate, or equivalent.
•Previous internship or work experience in Development Finance, Private Equity, Private Credit Asset Management, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, or Strategy Consulting.
•Strong experience working with large datasets and managing data accurately; understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies.
