Mechanical Tradesperson

Maintain and repair heavy mechanical equipment at the Fisherman’s Island Port terminal, including quay cranes, automated stacking cranes, shuttles, reachstackers, ancillary plant and light vehicles. Perform planned mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and complete repairs/refurbishment to required standards. Ensure safe equipment return to service through testing and safe work practices, source spare parts and technical information, and use the computerized maintenance system to manage stock and job cards while completing timely shift handovers.
