Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize use of available resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment.
  • •Ensure established planning and scheduling methodology is followed when developing the project schedule.
  • •Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines, and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with the established scheduling methodology and manage schedule reporting, forecasts, and contingency for specific work packages.
  • •Analyze schedule data, identify trends/issues/areas needing attention, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor/coaching the planning team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in a scheduling role within the construction industry.
  • •Schedule management on Tall Building Construction projects is a MUST.
  • •Experience with complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination.
  • •Practical experience with network planning structures and an advanced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 and Microsoft Project.
