Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients to deliver a diverse range of highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in an ECC Project Manager role.
  • •Manage leadership and teamwork, driving performance while navigating ambiguity.
  • •Oversee financial management and project controls, including commercial, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • •Mentor and develop future Project Managers, and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager accreditation (essential).
  • •Significant infrastructure project and/or programme management experience across the project lifecycle, including contract, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts as a named ECC Project Manager role (or concluded within the last 12 months).
  • •Strong leadership with the ability to develop teams and lead through ambiguity and challenging environments.
  • •Strong commercial, forecasting, and budgeting experience with excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
