Job Summary

Lead delivery of complex, high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes across sectors such as water, aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, and utilities. Serve as an NEC3/NEC4 accredited ECC Project Manager, administering Engineering and Construction Contracts while managing leadership, project controls, financial and commercial performance, and HSEQ. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners, shape workable solutions to ambiguous problems, and mentor the next generation of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Support clients to deliver a diverse range of highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in an ECC Project Manager role.
•Manage leadership and teamwork, driving performance while navigating ambiguity.
•Oversee financial management and project controls, including commercial, forecasting, and budgeting.
•Mentor and develop future Project Managers, and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

•NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager accreditation (essential).
•Significant infrastructure project and/or programme management experience across the project lifecycle, including contract, financial management, and project controls.
•Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts as a named ECC Project Manager role (or concluded within the last 12 months).
•Strong leadership with the ability to develop teams and lead through ambiguity and challenging environments.
•Strong commercial, forecasting, and budgeting experience with excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
