Trainer-1st Shift - Waverly Plant

Coordinate and deliver new Team Member orientation within the Distribution Center, ensuring hires are trained on Tyson policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational expectations. Facilitate safety and forklift training, manage onboarding documentation and training records, track attendance, and support facility acclimation and qualification processes. Improve classroom and orientation programs over time and coordinate language support when interpreter needs arise.
