Staff Engineer, Propulsion - Mechanical Design (R5389)

Own mechanical design for V-BAT propulsion systems, from concept through production release. Create and maintain CAD models and drawing packages, route and retain mechanical/tubing systems, and drive engineering change orders and configuration management. Perform mechanical analysis—including strength, stiffness, fatigue, vibration/modal, and thermal/tolerance stack—then execute verification and validation test campaigns and analyze ground/flight test data to close findings and iterate designs for production cut-ins.
