Job Summary

Provide routine onsite laboratory and scientific services at a customer site as part of the VWR Catalyst offering. Prepare and label lab materials (e.g., biological media, buffers, mobile phases), manage inventory for formulations, and coordinate sample receipt and shipment in line with site, procedural, and regulatory requirements. Execute day-to-day lab operations including equipment cleaning, ordering/handling consumables, managing pipettes and tanks, completing logbooks, and handling waste.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out routine tasks at a customer site under close supervision, providing onsite laboratory and scientific services as part of the VWR Catalyst Service offering.
•Prepare and label laboratory materials (biological media, buffers, mobile phases) in accordance with procedural documents, site, and regulatory requirements.
•Order and maintain required material inventory to manufacture requested formulations for end users.
•Manage and execute sample receipt and sample shipment (including media powders/components, buffers, in-process samples) within and outside the network to meet site needs.
•Perform onsite operational duties such as cleaning equipment, handling glassware, dispatching colis, managing pipettes (including decontamination and storage), completing logbooks, filling nitrogen tanks, and managing waste.

Key Requirements

•Prepare and label laboratory materials (including biological media, buffers, and mobile phases) according to procedural documents, site and regulatory requirements.
•Order and maintain material inventory needed to manufacture requested formulations for end users.
•Manage, coordinate, and execute sample receipt and sample shipment, including media powders/components, buffers, and in-process samples, following site requirements and regulatory requirements.
•Complete lab operational tasks such as labeling, packaging/dispatching shipments, and organizing/reconciling samples.
•Use ELN to encode critical reagents/consumables and maintain records such as logbooks.
