•Actively contribute to achieving the store's objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to changes in strategy and new action plans from managers.
•Reorder and manage stock and deliveries; foster a strong spirit of teamwork and a virtuous work climate.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts
•Knowledge of the main KPIs of commerce/sales performance
•Empathy and dynamism in customer interactions
•Results-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to strategy and action plans from managers
•Teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
