•8+ years’ experience in new build structural design and delivery, ideally with healthcare sector experience.
•Structural Engineering degree and strong NZ-based experience with seismic design provisions (NZS 1170.5, NZS 3101, NZS 3404).
•Strong understanding of capacity design and low-damage design principles.
•Strong modelling/analysis skills, including Nonlinear Time History Analysis (NHLTA) and pushover analysis.
•Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) designation and proven contractor collaboration (ECI, Design & Build, Alliance delivery models).
