Sr. Manager, Subcontracts

Lead subcontract and procurement strategy for federal proposals and contract execution, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, SBA, customer requirements, and company policies. Partner with Capture, Business Development, Pricing, Contracts, Program Management, and Finance to develop acquisition approaches, negotiate teaming arrangements, engage suppliers, and ensure compliant subcontracting plans. Oversee subcontract administration from award through closeout, mentor procurement leaders, maintain a compliant purchasing system (CPSRs), and drive continuous process improvement.
