Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ad hoc quality checks on purchase requests.
  • •Support rollout of ARIBA Guided Buying and Fieldglass.
  • •Support testing and implementation of new SAP functionalities, tools, and processes (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass).
  • •Manage process compliance and KPIs across operations; identify risks and propose corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Provide ARIBA helpdesk support for Americas markets and support onboarding, training, and process documentation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, legal, or comparable education.
  • •2+ years of business experience, preferably in procurement and/or customer service or administrative functions.
  • •Excellent understanding of Ariba purchasing systems.
  • •Advanced knowledge of procurement and/or operations, with an analytical mindset.
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills to interact independently with stakeholders.
