Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Care Expert Copilot

Build scalable full-stack product experiences for Alan’s Support Area, where AI agents answer member questions and seamlessly hand off to human care experts. You’ll develop the “cockpit” and tooling that lets experts steer, correct, and supercharge AI—routing requests, surfacing the right context, and drafting replies. Partnering closely with product, you’ll make impact on member experience while mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
